60 DAY NOTICE §5115(b)
The following information regarding an upcoming meeting for your Association is provided pursuant to the requirements of §5115(b).
A special member meeting is scheduled for November 7, 2020, at 11:00 am. The meeting will be held entirely via a virtual platform, with no physical location. Owners are welcome to participate and attend via the virtual link below:

The Board of Directors has contracted with an independent vendor, The Ballot Box, to serve as the inspector of Election for the purpose of preparation, receipt, and tabulation of the ballots for this meeting.
The voting power of the Association is 816 total shares. Each share is permitted one (1) ballot. Ballots will be mailed to the membership at least 30 days prior to the meeting and election date. Return ballots must be received in the envelopes provided by the inspector by mail, or other certified delivery to: The Ballot Box, 3315 E. Russell Rd. #A4-156, Las Vegas, NV 89120. The deadline for the receipt of ballots is the close of business on November 5, 2020.
If you would like a receipt for your returned ballot, you are encouraged to mail the ballot with tracking through the United States Post office, or another certified delivery service (UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, etc). You may also request a conﬁrmation of receipt of your ballot via email to info@ballotboxservicescom. Ballots will only be accepted by mail.
This notice was mailed to the shareowner and mailing address as noted on the Association’s voter list. Members may verify the accuracy of their individual information on the voting list by contacting The Ballot Box via email info@baIlotboxservicescom. Any request to update/change information on the voting list must be submitted in writing.
Any owner may obtain a copy of the voting list from the Association. To request a copy of the voting list, submit your request in writing to the Managing Agent:
